This month’s meeting started by members observing a one minute silence in memory of Vincent Foong 9V1SA(SK) who passed away on 1 Nov 2015. Vince was our Incoming QSL Manager for a many years.
Hugh Andersen ZL2ASB has been in Singapore for 15 years and is visiting SARTS for the first time. He intends to get a 9V1 call.
